Qualitas Healthcare, a local operator who run several other Care Homes nearby, acquired the business on a leasehold basis having quickly realised the long-term potential of the business, hoping now to take up the option to purchase the freehold soon. Registered for 63 Dementia and standard Old Age places including a separate annexe building with 25 rooms, the property has a distinguished brick appearance around predominately new extensions. The current Owners, who having first sought Michael’s advice in the late 1990’s on expansion potential, now aim to retire.
