Swan Care Home in the quaint village of Tillingham, Essex, has a new provider.    

The buyer, a new entrant to the care industry, acquired the business having been looking for a well-established Home in the prime South-East.

The Home is registered for 21 Dementia and standard Old Age places and includes a separate 2nd floor Owners/Staff apartment in the roof space. The property was originally a former converted pub and has a distinguished part rendered/brick appearance, with the rear extended in the 1980’s and 1990’s. The current Owners, a local county operator, was delighted to achieve a sale.
