Leading Care providers Country Court Care, who acquired The Red House Care Home in Stamford, Lincolnshire, have exercised their option to purchase the property.

Having initially taken over the business on a leasehold basis, the buying formalities were recently concluded with the help of specialist business transfer agents, Aldridge Care Homes, who finalised the sale.
